Similar in construction to our BeachBach range but without some of the “bells and whistles” make the PortaPad range an even more affordable choice, whilst still maintaining a sense of class and comfort.
The PortaPad is ideal when extra space is needed whether it be for extended family, holiday accommodation, rental accommodation, staff housing or home/site office.
Clad with high strength v-grooved tanalised ply and fully insulated with pink batts in the wall and ceiling cavities, humidity is kept to a minimum. Tanalised flooring joists and tanalised ply floors give a sense of longevity and under floor insulation keeps the heat inside where it should be. The interior is a painted finish, v-grooved custom wood, which gives an overall effect of understated style and warmth and if the unit you select includes a kitchen and bathroom, you can be assured of quality fittings throughout.
