Professional building operation. Workshop area, Management and Transport - organised, can do, positive. Delivery - mastered all challenges. Office backup - thanks all round, great job done!

I was really impressed with your website and our initial meeting where we talked about the various avenues open to me regarding layout of the interior, the best size for the section and the use of your computer graphics to enable me to visualise easily how it would look, and I am not at all disappointed. Delivery of the unit in such inclement weather went without too much drama thankfully to the adeptness of Russell and the Guy from Combined Transport, hoisting it was a really good choice of action. The unit is warm and very inviting and the exterior and interior finishes were as I expected they would be, already for my own personal furniture.
I am now looking forward to my first Summer and landscaping around the section, when this is done I will send you some photos.

From go to whoa they have been a pleasure to deal with. We were after a small bach for the family farm down the eastern Bay of Plenty. Over the past couple of years, we've looked at all sorts of options. Garage and barn shells that we could line and finish over time. Transportable houses, old and new, you name it, we'd considered it.
By chance, an client of Lottie's mentioned that she rented one of NZT's buildings and gave us the details. When we checked out the website and saw what was on offer and the pricing of the units we wanted to see more. Due to my work roster the only time Lottie and I could go out and view the units together was on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday. This was not a problem for the team. Victor arranged to meet us on site and showed us through one of the finished units and then through the workshop where we got to see several buildings in various stages. We were hooked. This was exactly what we'd been looking for.
A totally finished unit with everything we wanted in it. No travelling for 6 hours with a trailer full of building materials. No days spent trying to line or finish off the building while everyone else was on holiday. No cooking on gas burners on makeshift benches or washing dishes in bowls.
For Lottie who is a very finicky buyer, Victor was the ideal salesman, quite laid back but able to answer all of our questions, explain how different things worked and the different options available to us. He didn't push us but just allowed the product to sell itself. Throughout the entire process, Victor, Robyne, Russell and the team were excellent with updates on our build. Making sure we were updated on the pricing of certain options we'd chosen, that the bifold door and window opened the direction we wanted etc etc and we were always welcome to go over and see the building in person. When I went on my own, I was able to take photos & video to show Lottie and the family later.
Finally, on Nov 18th 2010, Russell, Mike and Dave turned up with our little dream bach. In no time at all it was uploaded, sited and ready to go. We spent 4 days down there, getting the power and water hooked up & unpacking and settling in.
On returning to Auckland, we arranged for a local chippie to build us a deck which was completed just before Xmas and we have just come back from an awesome holiday enjoying our new "home away from home".
Thanks guys - Dave & Lottie Te Paa - Auckland
Thank you so much for all your work around providing us with our unit - affectionately referred to by us as our 'cottage'. We are very happy with the finished building and Russell was fantastic - he needed great patience and determination to get it sited, which he had in abundance. He politely said he likes a challenge - I just felt very grateful that he came with excellent digger skills and a ready sense of humour, taking it all in his stride with a 'nothing's-a-problem' attitude. Our experience with NZ Transportables has been top notch from our first encounter and we really appreciate your honesty and help throughout the decision-making process. We're also thankful for the access you gave us to the building in the creation stages as we were very excited to see its progress.
Once we have it all 'hooked up' and have completed our decking and landscaping we will very happily forward some photos to you.
